The Cambodian Thunderstorm is a 360° immersive Sound Healing experience, 19min 27sec, created by the Earth Echo Collective in partnership with Sounding Wild. This track features 360° ambisonic field recordings from the Cardamom Mountains of Cambodia.
The field recordings were recorded, mixed and mastered by Axel Drioli of Sounding Wild in 2019
In December 2022, The Cambodian Thunderstorm was transcoded on the Polygon Live stage at the Wonderfruit festival (
polygon-productions.com). It was featured as a 360° sound journey, combined with scent dispersion, to create a fully immersive sensory experience.
